Exit Presentation for Exchange Student from Graduate School of Science and Technology, Shinshu University, Japan

On Monday, December 8, 2025, from 09.30 AM to 10.30 AM, the International Relations Unit of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, organized the exit presentation for Mr. Shunsuke Suzumori, an exchange student from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Shinshu University, Japan. Held at Room 404 of the Rajaratana Building, the event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattamapan Lomarat, Deputy Dean for Planning and Quality Development, Dr. Pongpol Thanuphol, Assistant Dean for Corporate Communication, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Leanpolchareanchai. Also joining the presentation was Dr. Nataya Sutthanont, a researcher from the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.

Mr. Shunsuke Suzumori undertook a student exchange and research training program at the Faculty of Pharmacy from September 16 to December 8, 2025. His training, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Korbtham Sathirakul and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Leanpolchareanchai, was conducted at the Division of Pharmaceutical Technology, Department of Pharmacy, as well as at the laboratory of the Department of Medical Entomology, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.

Furthermore, this activity corresponded the Faculty’s mission on terms of serving as the portal for professional services that encompasses drugs, herbal medicine, cosmetics and dietary supplement to support the sustainable development of the nation. It also responded to SDG’s 4th Goal: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, 10th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and 17th Goal: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership.
