MUPY Hosts Exit Presentation for the 2026 Chiba ENGINE Program

On Friday, September 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, through the International Relations and Public Relations Unit, organized an exit presentation by exchange students from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chiba University, Japan. The presentation was attended by Dr. Pongpol Thanuphol, Assistant Dean for Corporate Communications, who also presented certificates of participation to the students upon completion of the program. The event was held at Room 702, Rajaratana Building.
A total of 17 exchange students from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chiba University (CU), participated in the 2026 Chiba ENGINE Program, held from August 24 to September 4, 2026, at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University. Throughout the program, the students gained knowledge and practical experience in pharmaceutical sciences, exchanged knowledge and experiences with faculty members and students of MUPY, and learned about pharmacy education and professional practice in Thailand.
The program forms part of the MUPY’s commitment to advancing international academic collaboration and student mobility. Through academic activities and experiential learning, the program enabled students and faculty members from both institutions to exchange knowledge, experiences, and perspectives in pharmaceutical sciences and the pharmacy profession, while strengthening the academic relationship between Chiba University and Mahidol University and fostering opportunities for future collaboration in education and research.
The program also supported the MUPY’s mission to provide academic services in pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, cosmetics, and food for sustainable national development. In addition, the program contributed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by providing opportunities for learning and knowledge exchange, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by promoting international academic partnerships and collaboration for sustainable development.
