On Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY), through the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in collaboration with the International Relations and Public Relations Unit, organized an exit presentation for exchange students from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Indonesia, as part of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Exchange and Training Program. The event was held at Room 404, Rajaratana Building.
The presentation was attended by Prof. Dr. Leena Suntornsuk, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutima Phechkrajang, and Dr. Salinthip Jarusintanakorn, who joined the session to listen to the students’ presentations. Dr. Anggita Rosiana Putri and Dr. Adeltrudis Adelsa Danimayostu from Universitas Brawijaya also joined the event via Zoom Meeting.
The three exchange students from Universitas Brawijaya, Ms. Utari Rachma Nadhifa, Ms. Yovita Hartanti, and Ms. Nasta Putri Aulia, participated in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Exchange and Training Program from August 10 to September 4, 2026, at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University. The program aimed to enhance students’ knowledge and research competencies through specialized learning in pharmaceutical chemistry and analytical chemistry, as well as hands-on experience in research laboratories. It also provided opportunities for the students to exchange knowledge and experiences and gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity in an international setting.
The program reflects MUPY’s commitment to promoting international academic collaboration and enhancing students’ competencies in pharmaceutical sciences. It also supports the MUPY’s mission to serve as a center for academic services in pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, cosmetics, and food to contribute to sustainable national development.
Furthermore, the program contributed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by promoting quality education and learning opportunities; SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, by fostering international educational opportunities and knowledge exchange; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by strengthening academic collaboration between institutions for sustainable development.
