MUPY Hosts Exit Presentation for 2026 Shinshu University Student

On Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 09.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY), through its International Relations and Corporate Communications Unit, organized an exit presentation for Mr. Shunsuke Suzumori, an exchange student from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Shinshu University, Japan. The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Leanpolchareanchai, member of the Department of Pharmacy, at Room 404, Rajaratana Building.

Mr. Shunsuke Suzumori participated in a student exchange and research training program under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Leanpolchareanchai from June 15 to September 10, 2026. His training was conducted at the Division of Pharmaceutical Technology, Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, as well as at the laboratory of the Department of Medical Entomology, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.

The exchange program aimed to enhance the academic and professional competencies of international students through hands-on training and research experience in a professional environment. It also provided opportunities for students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals to exchange knowledge, expertise, and cultural perspectives in an international setting. Furthermore, the program contributed to strengthening academic and research collaboration between institutions, while enhancing MUPY’s international visibility and global engagement.

The program also supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by promoting inclusive and high-quality learning opportunities; SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, by fostering international educational exchange and cross-cultural understanding; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through the development of sustainable academic partnerships and international collaboration.
