Exit Presentation of Exchange Students from Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Santo Tomas, the Philippines

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, through its Department of Biochemistry in collaboration with the International Relations Office, organized an exit presentation for four exchange students from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Santo Tomas (UST), the Philippines. Held at Room 623, Rajaratana Building, the event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jiraphun Jittikoon, Deputy Dean for General Administration, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanvisa Udomsinprasert, Head of the Department of Biochemistry, along with other departmental faculty members.

The exchange students—Mr. Randolf Shem Palban Husain, Mr. Gericho Daniel Gabriel Limuco, Ms. Riezel Mary Mendoza Diaron, and Ms. Erika Naelle Llanes Elfante—participated in the 2025 Pharmaceutical Biochemistry Training Program, from June 27 to July 23, 2025. The training program aimed to provide hands-on professional training in pharmaceutical biochemistry while enhancing cross-cultural academic exchange. The program also supported MUPY’s commitment to advancing global academic collaboration and elevating the Faculty's international visibility.

Furthermore, this activity aligns with MUPY’s mission to serve as the portal for professional services that encompasses drugs, herbal medicine, cosmetics and dietary supplement to support the sustainable development of the nation. It also responded to SDG’s 4th Goal: Quality Education to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, 10th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and 17th Goal: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership.
