Online Meeting on the Faculty’s inventory system

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 09.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., MUPY’s Division of Finance and Procurement organized a brainstorming meeting via the Cisco Webex Meetings. This online meeting focused on the Faculty’s inventory system. The meeting was presided over by MUPY’s Deputy Dean for Finance, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anchalee Jintapattanakit, who talked about the relevant rules and regulations in terms of the resource and inventory system of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The supporting staff from the Division also clarified the related procedures and accurate steps in order to obtain the necessary resources for works. This virtual meeting also aimed to seek feedback from the users in order to improve the inventory system including office supplies, scientific equipment, and chemical substances. It also provided essential information and up-to-date regulations in terms of the finance and procurement procedures for the faculty members to receive needed supplies according to the correct financial procedures. This meeting also responded to SDG’s Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.
