Virtual Workshop on Instructional Management by Active Learning and Verification by Transformative Learning

On June 21, 2021, MUPY’s Division of Undergraduate Education hosted a virtual workshop on Instructional Management by Active Learning and Verification by Transformative Learning. Having been arranged on the Cisco Webex Meetings platform, the workshop was presided over by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan. This virtual workshop was also attended by MUPY’s academic staff. This workshop included a series of lectures delivered by two invited speakers including Assist. Prof. Dr.Somchai Suriyakrai from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Khon Kaen University, Assoc. Prof. Preecha Montakantikul, MUPY’s Deputy Dean for Education, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanit Sa-ngiamsuntorn. This online meeting focused on instructional management by Active Learning and education verification by Transformative Learning. Furthermore, this workshop aimed to increase an understanding in terms of active learning as well as to proliferate academic staff’s teaching skills and education verification skills, thereby giving an active reflection and appropriate feedback to the students effectively.
