On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Asst. Prof. Jennis Meanwatthana, Deputy Dean for the Doctor of Pharmacy Program (International Program), Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, attended the 5th International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Military Pharmacy (ICOPMAP). The event was hosted by the Faculty of Military Pharmacy, Republic of Indonesia Defense University (RIDU), Indonesia.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Jennis Meanwatthana was invited as a distinguished speaker to deliver a lecture on “Pharmacy Curriculum Development to Support Global Health”. She also contributed as a Workshop Pharmacy Education speaker on “Development Curriculum Based on Clinical Competency and Patient-Oriented Using Innovative Technology” under the theme “Empowering Academic Leaders to Shape the Future of Pharmacy Education: Global Collaboration in Driving Innovation and Excellence”. Her contributions received highly positive feedback and appreciation from the participants.
The 5th ICOPMAP was held during October 3 - 4, 2025, under the theme “Innovation in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Military Pharmacy: Shaping the Future of Global Health”. The conference brought together a large number of participants, including researchers, industrial pharmacists, community pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, military pharmacists, as well as faculty members and students from RIDU. Furthermore, the participation in this international academic event also reflects MUPY’s commitment to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, and Goal 10: reducing inequalities within and among countries.
