Online Meeting to Promote a Research Grant and Collaboration between KMUTT and MU

On Thursday, February 4, 2021, from 01.30 p.m. – 03.30 p.m., MUPY’s Division of Research and Innovation arranged an online meeting to provide MUPY faculty members essential information about a research grant in order to promote and support research collaboration between King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and Mahidol University (MU). Having been broadcasted via the Cisco Webex Meeting platform, the Faculty of Pharmacy received an honor from KMUTT’s Vice President for Research Strategy, namely Dr. Warinthorn Songkasiri, who presented the relevant information about research grants to establish and enhance collaborative research projects between researchers or scholars of two universities. In this regard, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, MUPY’s Dean, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doungdaw Chantasart, Assistant Dean for Research and Innovation, also joined the virtual meeting and provided a warm welcome to the invited speaker. In addition, there were more than 60 KMUTT and MUPY faculty members who attended this meeting and shared relevant information and their research experiences. This virtual event was considered a good opportunity to establish a strong and fruitful research collaboration between both organizations.
