Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang, Dean, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International Relations, and Dr. Farsai Chanjaruporn, welcomed five pharmacists from Laos People’s Democratic Republic who have participated in the training program in Technology of Medicine and Public Health for Health Personnel from Lao People’s Democratic Republic on February 8, 2016 at Dusit Palace. Then, they have been provided an orientation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arthorn Riewpaiboon, and Dr. Farsai Chanjaruporn at Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University in the afternoon.
The training program has been initiated by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s and continuously provided by the Faculty on an annual basis. The objectives are to increase the knowledge and skills in health promotion and prevention, to strengthen and develop the public health, and to exchange the knowledge and experience in the development of medical technology and public health. In 2016, MUPY provides the 18th training program during February 8 through March 24, 2016. Name List of pharmacists from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic as follows:
