On August 25, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Graduate Program in Health Technology Assessment (MUHTA) organized a special lecture entitled "Accounting for Health Opportunity Costs in Key Decisions in Healthcare Resource Allocation". The lecture was conveyed by an invited guest, namely Dr. Jessica Ochalek, from the Team for Economic Evaluation and Health Technology Assessment (TEEHTA), Centre for Health Economics, University of York, United Kingdom (UK).
Having been held at at Room V401, the lecture was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, the Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations and MUHTA Program Director, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montarat Thavorncharoensap, who delivered a warm welcome to the speaker. Also joined the lecture included graduate students in Health Technology Assessment Program and the Social, Economic and Administrative Pharmacy Program. Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Reduce inequality within and among countries. Goal 10: reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
