MUPY lecturers and graduate students in Social, Economic and Administrative Pharmacy (SEAP) program had an official study visit in South Korea during October 15-18, 2013. The objectives of this visit were to extend students’ knowledge and exchange experiences in healthcare and drug system in South Korea. The group of graduate students (5 doctoral and 14 master students) led by Assist. Prof. Montarat Thavorncharoensap and Dr. Farsai Chanjaruporn had a great chance to visit the National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency (NECA) and Korea Institute of Drug Safety and Risk Management to learn about the frameworks of drug assessment system and health technology and drug safety administrative system. Moreover the group also had a great opportunity to visit the School of Pharmacy, Sungkyunkwan University to exchange knowledge and research experiences with graduate students in South Korea.
