MUPY’s Dean joined UNAIR’s International Conference Pharmacy by Subject

On October 15, 2020, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, MUPY’s Dean, was invited to be a speaker of a Virtual International Conference Pharmacy by Subject under the theme of ‘Strategy of University and Faculty of Pharmacy in Facing Covid-19 Pandemic: Overview and Strategy from Several Countries.’ The conference was virtually organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University, Indonesia. It was broadcasted via Zoom and YouTube Chanel to all international participants. The conference’s invited speakers included the university administrators and academic staff from 1) Airlangga University, Indonesia, 2) Monash University, Australia, 3) Queen’s University of Belfast, United Kingdom, and 4) Mahidol University, Thailand. The purposes of this conference were to provide the scholars with an online knowledge-sharing session of the relevant academic advancement, experiences, and best practices in teaching and university campus management during the COVID-19 pandemic. This virtual conference also provided the platform for students, academics, and researchers to present and disseminate their research findings among the participants from around the world. Lastly, the participants also had an opportunity to expand their academic network.
