ยา MADINIDIPINE ทานเช้า 1 ครั้ง (20 mg) กินร่วมกับยาความดันอีกตัว คือ LOSARTAN (50 mg) ทาน 1 เม็ด เช้า- เย็น อายุ 80 ปี น้ำหนักประมาณ 65 กก. ถือว่าโดสยาเหมาะสมไมผ๊คะ

Manidipine เป็นยาในกลุ่ม dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers มีข้อบ่งใช้ในการรักษาโรคความดันโลหิตสูง มีจำหน่ายในขนาดความแรง 10 และ 20 มิลลิกรัม รับประทานวันละ 1 ครั้ง ในส่วนของ losartan เป็นยาในกลุ่ม angiotensin II receptor blockers มีข้อบ่งใช้สำหรับโรคหัวใจล้มเหลว โรคไต หรือโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โดยขนาดยาที่เหมาะสมจะอยู่ในช่วง 50-100 มิลลิกรัม รับประทานวันละ 1-2 ครั้ง จากข้อมูลพบว่ายาที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับอยู่ช่วงขนาดยาที่เหมาะสม อย่างไรก็ตามผู้สูงอายุควรระวังการเกิดภาวะความดันโลหิตต่ำ เนื่องจากผู้สูงอายุมีความไวต่อยาเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้นควรมีการติดตามอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ เช่น อาการเวียนศีรษะ หน้ามืด บวม หรืออ่อนเพลีย ซึ่งมีความสำคัญอย่างมากเพื่อปรับขนาดยาให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยสูงอายุเป็นรายบุคคลโดยแพทย์ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย
