Assoc. Prof. Vimol Srisukh and Assoc. Prof. Walla Tungrugsasut welcomed Professor Shigeru Yamamoto, Ochanomizu University Graduate School and Dr. Hisayuki Uneyama from Institute of Life Sciences, Ajinomoto Co., Inc., Japan. Both visitors were impressed with research work of the Department of Food Chemistry, especially on sensory testing. As a result, the purpose of this visit is to explore possibility of academic and research exchange with the Department of Food Chemistry.
