Special Lecture by Invited Speaker from Showa University, Japan

On August 21, 2024, from 09.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M., Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY) organized a special lecture entitled “Use of Natural Products and Mechanism of Action of Traditional Medicine in Japan”. The lecture was conducted by MUPY's visiting scholar, namely Dr. Yuka Tokunaga, from the School of Pharmacy, Showa University, Japan. Having been held at Room 404, Rajaratana Building, the lecture's opening speech was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The lecture was also attended by MUPY's faculty members and graduate students along with Prof. Dr. Hitoshi Sato, MUPY’s adjunct professor.

Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Reduce inequality within and among countries. Goal 10: reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
