จากการสืบค้นข้อมูลพบว่า Magesto-F และ Bacotan-Fc สามารถรับประทานร่วมกันได้ ไม่ส่งผลต่อการออกฤทธิ์ของยา[1] แต่ทั้งนี้การออกฤทธิ์ของ Famotab ที่มีตัวยา famotidine กับ Ulpracid ที่มีตัวยา omeprazole สามารถออกฤทธิ์ยับยั้งการหลั่งกรดในกระเพาะอาหารได้ทั้งคู่แต่ยับยั้งด้วยคนละกลไก โดยทั่วไปแล้วยาสองชนิดนี้แพทย์มักไม่จ่ายให้รับประทานร่วมกันตั้งแต่ต้นเนื่องจากหลักฐานสนับสนุนประโยชน์ยังไม่ชัดเจน ยกเว้นกรณีที่การใช้ยาชนิดเดียวไม่สามารถควบคุมอาการได้ ดังนั้นหากแพทย์เป็นผู้สั่งใช้ยาทั้ง 4 ชนิด สามารถพิจารณารับประทานร่วมกันได้ แต่หากยังไม่ได้รับการประเมินจากแพทย์แนะนำให้พบแพทย์ก่อนเพื่อให้มีการพิจารณาใช้ยาอย่างเหมาะสม[2-4]
