Professor Adelheid H. Branter from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacognosy, University of Graz, Austria visited the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University on 9 February 2011. Prof. Brantner, a long-time friend and collaborator, visited MUPY to give a special lecture entitled the Importance of Microorganisms and Medicinal Plants for MUPY staff and graduate students at Room 403, Ratcharat Building. She also accompanied Dean Chuthamanee Suthisisang and Deputy Dean Surakit Nathisuwan to welcome Prof. Karl Beatrix, the Minister of Science and Research of Austria, for her official visit to Mahidol University at Salaya Campus on 15 February 2011.
