The sites consisted of 1) Bumrungrad International Hospital, 2) Ramathibodi Hospital, 3) Furucho Pharmacy, Prakanong Branch, 4) Your Peace Pharmacy, Silom Branch, 5) Chao Phraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital, 6) Public Health Service Center Administration 51 (Chatuchak), 7) Bhumirajanagarindra Kidney Institute Hospital, and 8) Phonprasit Pharmacy.
