Collaborative Meeting with Kyushu University’s Delegates

On January 10, 2023, from 01.00 p.m. until 04.00 p.m., MUPY’s executives led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, the Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattawut Charoenthai, Assistant Dean for Professional Affairs, and faculty members provided a warm welcome and hosted a collaborative meeting for the delegation from the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan. The delegates included Prof. Dr. Kenji Hamase and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seiichi Sakamoto. The meeting was held at the Room 409, Rajaratana Building.

Regarding this, MUPY’s faculty members including Asst. Prof. Dr. Somnuk Bunsupa, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tharita Kitisripanya, and Dr. Krisada Sakchaisri attended the meeting to discuss the student exchange programs being arranged this year. For undergraduate pharmacy students from Kyushu University, the program will be hosted by MUPY and held during February-March 2023.  Furthermore, they had an opportunity to discuss a possibility to arrange an overseas internship program for MUPY’s 6th-year students being arranged at the end of this year.

Besides, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4th: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17th: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
