On September 13th, 2016, Assoc. Prof. Walla Tungrugsasut, Head of the Department of Food Chemistry, along with Assoc. Prof. Vimol Srisukh, Programme Director of Master of Science Program in Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods, and all staffs welcomed Prof. Dr. Juan Silva from Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion, Mississippi State University, USA. On this occasion, they had a chance to discuss about the elective course ’PYFC 611 Processing of Functional Foods’ as well as to explore potential collaboration between the two institutions.
