MUPY welcomed exchange students from Kyushu University, Japan

Assoc. Prof. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International Relations, along with Assoc. Prof. Kittisak Sripha, Deputy Dean for Education, Assoc. Prof. Satit Puttipipatkhachorn, Head of Department of Manufacturing Pharmacy, and faculty members from Pharmacology Department and Pharmaceutical Botany Department welcomed the delegates including Prof. Hitoshi Kurose, distinguished Kyushu professors, and two exchange students from Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan. The students will participate in the 2016 Student Mobility Program focusing on pharmaceutical botany training program entitled “Micropropagation of Medicinal Plants” under supervision of Dr. Benyakan Pongkitwitoon and the pharmacology training program “Molecular Biology of Cancer” under supervision of Dr. Krisada Sakchaisri during July 5 – September 10, 2016. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Kittisak Sripha and Assoc. Prof. Satit Puttipipatkhachorn also had a chance to discuss with Prof. Hitoshi Kurose about an overseas internship training program for four MUPY students who will enroll an international internship course at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan during September – December 2016.
