แพ้ยา chlorpheniramine มีโอกาสแพ้ betahistine ไหมคะ

ปัจจุบันยังไม่พบข้อมูล cross-reactivity ระหว่าง chlorpheniramine และ betahistine แต่จากข้อมูลการ cross-reactivity ระหว่างยากลุ่ม antihistamines ด้วยกัน พบว่ายาที่มีโครงสร้างคล้ายกันสามารถเกิด cross-reactivity ได้[1,2] โดย chlorpheniramine มีโครงสร้างเป็น alkylamine[3] ส่วน betahistine มีโครงสร้างเป็น aminoalkylpyridine[4] ดังนั้นหากพิจารณาจากเพียงโครงสร้าง การเกิด cross-reactivity จึงมีโอกาสต่ำ
