ทานยาโรคซึมเศร้า โคโลน่าซีแปลม กับโซลอฟ จะทานอาหารเสริมสกัด mood booster ได้ไหม

ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร mood booster มีส่วนประกอบเป็น vitamin B6, magnesium, L-tyrosine, ashwagandha root extract, 5-HTP (5-hydroxy L-tryptophan), passionflower aerial part extract, GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), L-theanine, rhodiola root extract, chamomile flower extract และ lemon balm herb extract โดย 5-HTP เป็นสารตั้งต้นโดยตรงของ serotonin เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ sertraline (ชื่อการค้า Zoloft) ซึ่งเป็นยากลุ่ม selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors จะเพิ่มระดับ serotonin ในสมองมากขึ้น เสี่ยงต่อการเกิด serotonin syndrome ซึ่งเป็นภาวะอันตรายจาก serotonin สูงเกินไปในระบบประสาทส่วนกลางและส่วนปลาย โดยเคยพบรายงานผู้ป่วย 1 รายที่เกิด serotonin syndrome จากการทาน sertraline 200 mg ร่วมกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริม 5-HTP นอกจากนี้ passionflower extract มีฤทธิ์เสริมการกดระบบประสาท เมื่อใช้ร่วมกับ clonazepam ซึ่งเป็นยากลุ่ม benzodiazepine อาจทำให้ง่วงมากขึ้น เวียนศีรษะ หรือกดการหายใจได้ ดังนั้นไม่ควรรับประทานผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวร่วมกับยาที่ใช้อยู่ด้วยตนเอง ควรปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัชกรก่อนใช้ทุกครั้งเพื่อความปลอดภัย
