According to the technology advancement in Pharmaceutical Science, The initiation of new knowledge in various fields are necessary including in product manufacturing. The innovation aimed to develop and modernise as appropriate. Therefore, the regulation and standard operating procedure should be parallelly developed in order to assure the product quality nationwide such as Drug registration as ASEAN Harmonization, The drug patent, Standard Operating Procedure by PIC/S and Biosimilar.
The Department of Pharmaceutical Technology recognised the importance of those aspects. Hence, the 10th Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology conference was held at MUPY during 8-10 June 2011. Topics relevant to the issues were “Translational Research for Pharmaceutical Industry”. This conference drew attention from staffs in several related area, Research and Development, Quality Control, Hospital and other disciplines, for instance. Moreover, the meeting also cordially invited several proficient speakers from external resources so as to give the most useful information to participants
