มีอาการคันแผลคีลอยด์มากครับ ใช้ยาทาหรือยากิน ชนิดไหนได้บ้างครับ

ยาทาสเตียรอยด์สามารถใช้บรรเทาอาการคันแผลคีลอยด์ได้ โดยความแรงของยาที่เลือกใช้ขึ้นกับบริเวณที่มีอาการ สำหรับบริเวณผิวหนังทั่วไปมักใช้ยาทาสเตียรอยด์ที่มีความแรงของยาในระดับค่อนข้างสูง เช่น clobetasol propionate 0.05% รูปแบบขึ้ผึ้ง หรือ betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% รูปแบบขึ้ผึ้ง เป็นต้น หากเป็นแผลคีลอยด์บริเวณใบหน้า ข้อพับ และขาหนีบ แนะนำให้ใช้ยาทาสเตียรอยด์ที่มีความแรงของยาในระดับปานกลาง เช่น triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% รูปแบบครีม เป็นต้น สำหรับวิธีการใช้ยา ให้ทายา บาง ๆ บริเวณที่เป็น วันละ 2 ครั้ง หากอาการคันลดลง ให้ลดความถี่ในการทาเป็นวันละ 1 ครั้ง โดยสามารถ หยุดยาได้เมื่อไม่มีอาการคันแล้ว และไม่ควรใช้ยานานกว่า 2 สัปดาห์ เนื่องจากยาอาจส่งผลข้างเคียงทั่วร่างกายได้
