Assoc. Prof. Pisamai Kulkanjanatorn, the Associate Dean for Administration, presided on the 2010 Annual Orientation for Second Year Students which was held on 26 May 2010. This is an annual event to welcome second year pharmacy students who completed their first year study at Salaya Campus and will spend another 5 years of study at MUPY on Phyathai Campus. In this orientation, students are introduced to faculty members, faculty facilities and advices on how to achieve academic excellence. This is a special year since this is the first class for entry-level Pharm.D. program. Assist. Prof. Preecha Montakarntikul, the first faculty member of MUPY who graduated with a Pharm.D. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, kindly gave an explanatory remarks about the importance of Pharm.D. degree.
