MUPY held a conference on herbal medicine at Room 302 Thepparat Building during 25-26 June 2009. This conference aims to disseminate up to date information of herbal medicines that have been included in the National Essential Drug List of Thailand. This may promote the rational use of herbal medicines using evidence base approach to ensure efficacy and safety of these products in Thailand. The conference was warmly welcomed by close to 200 participants and is a part of MUPY effort to promote Thai herbal medicines.
