Special lecture by a visiting scholar from the University of Innsbruck

On November 27, 2023, from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Executive Team of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY) led by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pongtip Sithisarn, Head of the Center of Analysis for Product Quality (Natural Product Division), hosted a reception for Prof. Dr. Hermann Stuppner, a visiting scholar from the Institute of Pharmacy/Pharmacognosy, University of Innsbruck, Austria. He visited MUPY to deliver a public lecture entitled "Pharmacognosy at the University of Innsbruck - 35 exciting years at a glance" to MUPY faculty members and students. Also, he had an opportunity to discuss future international collaboration between the two institutes with MUPY faculty members.

Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Reduce inequality within and among countries. Goal 10: reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
