Special Lecture by a professor from Toyama Prefectural University

On November 16, 2023, from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Executive Team of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY) led by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakatip Ruenraroengsak and Dr. Wasu Supharattanasitthi provided a warm welcome to Prof. Dr. Tatsuya MURAKAMI, a visiting scholar from the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Toyama Prefectural University, Japan. 

Prof. Dr. Tatsuya MURAKAMI visited MUPY to deliver a public lecture entitled 'High-density lipoprotein engineering for age-related macular degeneration treatment' to MUPY faculty members and students. Also joining his visit and lecture included Dr. Kasirawat Sawangrat from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University, who had hosted his visit in Thailand. After that, Dr. Amporn Songkasiri brought them to visit Mahidol University's Salaya Campus to have a campus tour provided by Mahidol University's International Relations Division.

Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Reduce inequality within and among countries. Goal 10: reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
