On November 10, 2023, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., MUPY's executive led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Jiraporn Leanpolchareanchai, Head of Pharmaceutical Technology Division, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakatip Ruenraroengsak, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Veerawat Teeranachaideekul, Director of MUPY Dermocosmetic Testing Center, provided a warm welcome to the delegation from Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Japan. The delegates included 1) Dr. Fujiwara Akiyori (Deputy Division Manager, External Medicine and Hair Care Product Development Division); 2) Dr. Tohru Nagahama (Division Manager, External Medicine and Hair Care Product Development Division); and 3) Dr. Hiromi Hiratsuka (Hair Care Development Group, External Medicine and Hair Care Product Development Division).
Having been held at Room 309, this collaborative meeting aimed to discuss the future potential collaboration between the Faculty of Pharmacy and Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In addition, the delegates had a chance to visit MUPY's Dermocosmetic Testing Center (DTC), and the Centre of Molecular Targeting and Integrated Drug Development (CMT-IDD). Furthermore, this activity also responded to SDG’s 4th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, 10th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and 17th Goal: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership.
