On September 20, 2023, from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m., Faculty of Pharmacy Library hosted a training entitled “Empower your Pharmaceutical Research with CAS SciFinder Discovery Platform" The training was conveyed by an invited speaker, namely Ms. Pamela Oon, from the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), Singapore. Having been held at computer lab room, Rajaratana Building, this training was attended by faculty members, staff, and graduate students. In addition, the purpose of this training was to introduce a CAS SciFinder Discovery Platform which was a research and scientific database related to Pharmaceutical Research. Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 10: reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
