On October 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, the Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, together with Mr. Amporn Songkasiri, Head of the International Relations Division, attended the grand opening ceremony of Mahidol University International Affairs Office (IAO). Having been organized Mahidol University’s International Relations Division at the Office of the President Building, this event was presided over by Mahidol University’s Vice President, namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang.
After the opening session, there was a talk show delivered by foreign experts who have worked with Mahidol University. The topics included (1) How to connect better with foreign personnel, (2) The keys to develop relationships with/between your (foreign) employees, and (3) The challenges of cultural adaptation. This IAO of Mahidol University was establish to enhance the University’s HRM system for foreigners as well as to provide a better support and facilitation for foreign employees of the University.
