On Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 09:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., MUPY’s executives led by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, together with the Deputy Dean for Education, namely, Assoc. Prof. Preecha Montakantikul, attended the MOU signing ceremony between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, and Bumrungrad International Hospital.
This MOU aimed to elevate and strengthen academic collaboration between two institutions in terms of pharmacy education and clinical pharmacy. The collaboration included a short-course training program in clinical pharmacy practice as well as pharmacists’ potential development in order to be an apprenticeship site for the Faculty of Pharmacy at national and international levels.
Moreover, this partnership also corresponded to the Faculty’s missions as well as SDG Goals including the 3rd Goal: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages, the 8th Goal: Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all, and the 10th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries.
