On May 31, 2021, from 09.00 a.m. - 03.00 p.m., the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University led by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, along with administrative members, faculty members, and supporting staff attended an interview for an evaluation of the faculty performance for the fiscal year 2017-2020. The interview was arranged via the Cisco Webex Meetings by TRIS Corporation Limited, a consulting firm designated by Mahidol University to evaluate the operation and performance of the faculties and institutions under Mahidol University. The activities included an administrator interview on stress tests and a focus group meeting to explore employee satisfaction. The obtained information from the interview would lead to the improvement of work processes and organizational performances.
