On May 12th, 2016, Assoc. Prof. Weena Jiratchariyakul, Chair of Department of Pharmacognosy, and faculty members welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gao Chen from Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Kunming, China, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huang Sheng Zhuo from Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, Institute of Tropical Bioscience and Biotechnology, Haikou, China, and Dr. Sumet Kongkiatpaiboon from Drug Discovery and Development Center, Thammasat University. On this occasion, they had a chance to discuss and share their research experiences concerning herbal medicine and natural product for further collaboration between the institutions in the future.
