General Information
Teaching
Department offers core courses in anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology for undergraduate pharmacy students. Department also offers graduate programs in physiology both in master and doctoral levels. Department staffs are responsible to the interdepartment professional and free elective courses e.g. Computer in Pharmacy, Food and Drugs in Sports and Exercise. Department staffs are also guest lecturers to the other universities.
Research
Department staffs conduct researches on various aspects of physiology, i.e. endocrine, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, neurophysiology. Many researches are directed to the Thai medicinal plants in order to examine their claimed activities. Results of these researches are published in various national and international scientific journals and presented in both local and international conferences.
Public Services
Pharmacy staffs have roles as community pharmacists in Facultys own model drug store. Department staffs also involve in the academic meeting and short training under the activities of the Physiological Society of Thailand as well as faculty.
