On Sunday, February 13, 2022, from 06.50 a.m. - 08.20 a.m. (Bangkok time), Asst. Prof. Supatat Chumnumwat, MUPY’s Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, participated as an invited speaker in the 8th symposium of the 21st Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP 2022 in Nagoya). This online conference was hosted by Japan’s Meijo University under the theme ’The Next Stage of Clinical Pharmacy from Asia’ via the Zoom Meeting platform.
This conference provided a forum for pharmacists, faculties, and researchers from various countries in Asia to discuss clinical practice, education, research, and their contribution to wider society, resulting in a contribution to pharmacists’ professional development and to the improvement of healthcare as a whole. The activities of this conference included 5 keynote speakers, 12 symposiums, an online workshop on Inter-professional Education, 7 seminars hosted by the conference’s sponsors, and an e-poster presentation.
In addition, this virtual conference responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Quality Education to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
