MUPY hosted an official visit for University of Arizona’s delegation

On August 5, 2019, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, Deputy Dean for Planning and Quality Development, together with Lect. Lakkana Suwannoi and Dr. Satsawat Visansirikul provided a warm welcome to Prof. Dr. Michael Katz and Pharm.D. students from College of Pharmacy, University of Arizona, USA. The purpose of their visit was to conduct the study visits in Thailand to explore Thailand’s pharmacy system, pharmacy education, and pharmacy professional practices at MUPY’s affiliated training sites such as Center of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, Somdech Phra Debaratana Medical Center, Ramathibodi Hospital. Regarding this, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan delivered a special lecture focusing on pharmacy education and practice in Thailand to the delegation before they join the visits on the next days. After that, they enjoyed student activities conducted by MUPY Student Association.
