Actifed กับ Clinicold แตกต่างอย่างไร?

Actifed เป็นยาสูตรผสม ระหว่าง pseudoephedrine และ triprolidine เลิกต่อทะเบียนในประเทศไทยไปแล้วเมื่อปี 2555 [1] ขณะที่ Clinicold มีตัวยาคือ phenylephrine และ brompheniramine [2] ยาทั้ง 2 ยี่ห้อเป็นยาสูตรผสมของยาต้านฮีสตามีนหรือยาแก้แพ้ (tripolidine และ brompheniramine) และยาบรรเทาอาการคัดจมูก (pseudoephedrine และ phenylephrine) ที่มีคุณสมบัติใกล้เคียงกัน จึงทำให้ยาทั้งสองยี่ห้อมีข้อบ่งใช้และอาการข้างเคียงที่คล้ายคลึงกัน เช่น ง่วง ปากแห้ง คอแห้ง ท้องผูก [3] สามารถใช้ทดแทนกันได้ในการบรรเทาอาการแพ้อากาศ ลดน้ำมูก คัดจมูกจากโรคหวัด ซึ่ง Clinicold สามารถหาซื้อได้ในร้านยาทั่วไป
