MUPY joined the Renal Pharmacy Teaching And Learning Webinar 2022

On September 30, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. - 01:30 p.m. (Bangkok time), Asst. Prof. Supatat Chumnumwat, MUPY’s Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, participated as an invited speaker in the Renal Pharmacy Teaching And Learning Webinar 2022. His topic was ’Managing CKD Patients in Community - a Thailand experience’. This webinar was hosted by the Renal Pharmacy Chapter of Malaysian Pharmacists Society and cohosted by Malaysia’s Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Teknologi MARA via the Zoom Meeting platform. Its theme was ’Community Checkpoint: The Role of Community Pharmacist in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Management’. The objective of this webinar was to cater to the interest of pharmacists in community practice with international and local speakers. It also aimed to reflect the critical need for retarding CKD progression in the community setting. In addition, this virtual conference responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Quality Education to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
