Exchange students from Kyushu University

On September 6, 2022, from 10.00 a.m. until 11.00 a.m., Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, the Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, provided a warm welcome for Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seiichi Sakamoto and six undergraduate students from Kyushu University’s School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Having been held at Room 606, it was also attended by three faculty members including Asst. Prof. Dr. Benyakan Pongkitwitoon, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tharita Kitisripanya, and Dr. Krisada Sakchaisri. They were the students’ advisors and had accepted them to their research laboratories. The students came to Thailand to undertake their international internship at Mahidol University’s Faculty of Pharmacy and Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. To put it in a nutshell, the students were divided into two groups for those two mentioned institutions. Each group consisted of three Japanese students. Three students who stayed at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University included 1) Ms. Manami KATAYAMA, 2) Mr. Rintaro NAKAHASHI, and 3) Mr. Kohei NOMAKI. They joined the international internship and worked with their advisors in the period of September 6, 2022, until October 7, 2022. Furthermore, this activity responded to SDG’s Goal 4th: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17th: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
