Visiting Professor from Showa University, Japan

On August 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., MUPY’s executives led by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usa Chaikledkaew, the Deputy Dean for International and Public Relations, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vilasinee Hirunpanich Sato, Chair of the Department of Pharmacology, provided a warm welcome to Prof. Dr. Hitoshi Sato from the School of Pharmacy, Showa University, Japan. Prof. Dr. Hitoshi Sato was officially granted Mahidol University’s 2022 Short-term Visiting Scholars to Work at Mahidol University. He then visited MUPY’s Department of Pharmacology to work with our faculty members in the period of August 15, 2022 until November 30, 2022. He also participated in an instruction for graduate students, joint research projects, and other educational administration such as an invited speaker in a seminar, co-authored publications, and academic advices to faculty members and graduate students. This activity responded to SDG’s 4th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, 10th Goal: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and 17th Goal: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
