Special Lectures for Career Advancement

On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from 09.00 a.m. – 04.30 p.m., MUPY’s Human Resources Unit organized special lectures to promote the career advancement of academic staff and non-academic staff. Having been arranged at the Room 202, the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, presided over its opening session of the lectures. This event was also live-streamed via the Cisco Webex. This activity consisted of two main sessions. The morning session’s lecture was delivered by Prof. Wachira Kochakarn, M.D. FACS., Vice President for Human Resource Development, and Mrs. Pornpimon Adams, Assistant to the President for Research, who talked about “Criteria and Preparation for Academic Promotion” and “Importance and How to Submit for Ethics in Human Research”. Then, the afternoon session’s lecture was conveyed by Ms. Jariya Panya, Director of the Division of Personnel, and Ms. Sakaewan Poonpoem. They talked about “Criteria and Methods for Requesting Higher Position for Supporting Staff”. These lectures aimed to provide essential information for MUPY’s academic staff and non-academic staff in order to prepare and request for their career promotion.
