Webinar on ‘COVID-19 Antigen test self-test kits and how to isolate yourself at home’

On August 9, 2021, from 12.30 p.m. to 03.30 p.m., the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University organized a virtual webinar on ‘COVID-19 Antigen test self-test kits and how to isolate yourself at home’ which was broadcasted via YouTube Live channel, namely MUPharmacy MahidolUniversity. Regarding this, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean, addressed the warm welcoming speech to more than 500 registered audiences who joined the webinar. The series of four relevant lectures were delivered by MUPY’s academic staff, and the webinar was moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Nattawut Chareonthai, Assistant Dean for Professional Affairs. The objective of this academic webinar was to provide accurate knowledge regarding the uses of COVID-19 Antigen test self-test kits and how to do the home isolation. Moreover, the webinar was intended to enhance the well-being of Thai people by raising awareness of the safe use of the COVID-19 Antigen test self-test kits, promote access to accurate academic knowledge, and support the lifelong learning of the people in the new normal era. This event also promoted the SDGs’ goal concerning “Good Health and Well-being” that ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
