MUPY and MUEG arranged the meeting for future research collaboration

On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 01.00 – 4.30 p.m., MUPY’s administrative staff led by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doungdaw Chantasart, Assistant Dean for Research and Innovation, provided a warm welcome for the delegation of Mahidol University’s Faculty of Engineering (MUEG). They visited MUPY to attend the meeting aiming to establish a research collaboration between two Mahidol University’s faculties. Having been arranged at the Room 606 of the Rajaratana Building, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doungdaw Chantasart gave a warm welcoming speech and introduced some background information to the guests. They then had a chance to discuss the mutual collaboration such as a combination of in silico modeling AI in the drug discovery process. After that, they visited some of MUPY facilities including the Central Research Unit, the laboratories at the Department of Manufacturing Pharmacy, and the Dermocosmetic Testing Center (MUPY-DTC). This fruitful meeting aimed to establish a strong network in terms of academic and research collaboration between two institutes of the University.
