Admission Requirements for Doctor of Philosophy Program in SEAP

For application in Plan 1: An applicant must hold a Master’s degree in the area of medical and public health from institutions of Higher Education in Thailand or foreign countries accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 or equivalent. Have learning, teaching or working experience in academic sector or management in the drug and health systems for at least 2 years. A candidate must have an English proficiency test score as the requirement of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

For application in Plan 2.1: An applicant must hold a Master’s degree in the area of medical and public health from institutions of Higher Education in Thailand or foreign countries accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 or equivalent. A candidate must have an English proficiency test score as the requirement of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

For application in Plan 2.2: An applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the area of medical and public health from institutions of Higher Education in Thailand or foreign countries accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) with first class honor. A candidate must have an English proficiency test score as the requirement of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Exemption from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies; under exceptional circumstances.
