MUPY and Hainan University Forge New Academic Ties in Virtual Introductory Meeting

On Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 09:30 am to 10:00 am, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY) hosted an introductory online meeting with the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hainan University, China. The virtual session, held via the Zoom platform, was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, alongside Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Brompoj Prutthiwanasan, Deputy Dean for Graduate Studies and Information Technology. Representing Hainan University was Prof. Baoli Li and Dr. Zhipei Sang, who joined the MUPY executives to initiate this bilateral dialogue.
The primary objective of this virtual assembly was to facilitate a formal introduction between the two institutions. The meeting featured a comprehensive presentation from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hainan University, providing insights into their current academic framework and research capabilities. Following the presentation, both parties engaged in a constructive discussion focused on potential academic and research collaborations.
