On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 09.00 AM to 10.30 AM, the International Relations Unit of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, organized the exit presentation for exchange students from the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences, Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD). Held in Room 404 of the Rajaratana Building, the event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, Dr. Pongpol Thanuphol, Assistant Dean for Corporate Communication, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savita Chewchinda, Head of Department of Food Chemistry. Additionally, members of the PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences, UBD, including Dr. Goh Poh Hui and Dr. Nurolaini Kifli, attended the presentation via Cisco Webex.
The two UBD exchange students—Ms. Azaharina Aisyah Ashanti Binti Haji Kifli and Ms. Nur Hannani Damia binti Hamdani—completed their professional internship program under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savita Chewchinda and Dr. Pongpol Thanuphol from September 1 to December 9, 2025, at the Department of Food Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University.
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, remains committed to strengthening academic collaboration with leading institutions worldwide to enhance the competencies of students, faculty members, and staff, enabling them to excel in the global arena. Such efforts contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical sciences and innovation for the benefit of Thailand and the global community.
Moreover, this initiative supports the faculty’s mission to serve as a center for academic services in pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, cosmetics, and food to promote sustainable national development. It also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.
