On Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 03:00 PM to 04:30 PM, the administrative members of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, the Dean, extended a warm welcome to the executive members of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chiba University, Japan. The distinguished delegates from Chiba University included Professor Dr. Yasumitsu Ogra, the Dean, and Professor Dr. Kunikazu Moribe, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chiba University.
Senior executives from Mahidol University's Faculty of Pharmacy and Chiba University's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences met to explore collaboration opportunities in academic research and education. The high-level meeting demonstrated both institutions' commitment to international partnerships and is expected to strengthen future cooperation between the universities. Such international academic cooperation directly contributed to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, by fostering global learning environments and shared knowledge, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by building effective and inclusive partnerships between institutions to achieve broader sustainable development objectives.
